The Therapeutic Learning Center for Children is a program of The ARC of the St. Johns, a 501 (c)(3) organization in St. Augustine, Florida providing comprehensive services to people who live with a serious mental and/or emotional impairment. The TLC is an intensive program of care and traning for children birth to 5 years of age who are born into this world with the added challenge of serious mental and/or physical handicaps. It is the only local program of its kind.

For over 25 years, TLC has provided its services from various locations leased or rented from others. These locations are not suitable for the long-term operation of the program. Now, a concerned group of local residents is donating the time, money and expertise to build this program a permanent home, so every child in need can be assured of the TLC they deserve.
