Adult Day Training offers a variety of different training activities based on the level of need and specific goals as outline by the customer.  Skill acquisition may include communication, cognitive development, sensory stimulation and personal choice development.  A lower staff to customer ratio may be offered to those who need additional assistance and training in self-care, mobility, and or behavior management.  The objective is to assist people in achieving their own personal outcomes in an environment of their choice when possible.

Mental Health Day Treatment
provides services for individuals who are dully diagnosed with acute or chronic mental health disorders and mental retardation.  The purpose is to ensure that each person served will be able to live and function in a setting that is least restrictive through Psychiatric oversight and medication management.

Vocational Rehabilitation Supported Employment and Time Limited Services
offer participants the supports necessary to obtain and maintain employment in the community.  After appropriate intake and assessment, participants are assisted in determining what type of employment they are likely to succeed in.  Job development, job placement and job coaching are then offered on a time-limited basis.

Supported Employment and Follow Along Services
are offered after completing services offered through Vocational Rehabilitation.  Individuals with mental retardation can receive additional job coaching assistance on an as needed basis.

Supported Living Services
offers coaching services to those who have demonstrated the ability and desire to live independently in the community.  Supports and training are offered as needed to enable the individual to be successful in their goal to live independently.

Residential Services
offers a continuum of care tailored to meet the resident’s level of need.  Each of the group homes or in-home support programs offers a home like environment that provides a comfortable and dignified style of living.  Nursing Services, Behavior Management and Respite Care are offered on first come first served basis.

In-Home Support Services
provides up to 24 hours of assistance to individuals in supported living.  The support worker will live in the individuals home or apartment to provide companionship, personal care assistance, daily living assistance or other duties necessary to maintain the individual in their own home.  In-Home support does not take the place of Supported Living coaching services but works in coordination.  The program is designed to bridge the gap between group home living and supported living.

Behavioral Services
can be a component of any of the programs funded by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities.  The program serves to promote positive behavioral interactions by using approved techniques that can improve the quality of one’s interactions with valued friends and family members.

Life Options
offers participants the supports necessary to become integrated into community life.  Assistance is provided to participants in areas such as social interaction, volunteerism, civic responsibilities, and age and culturally appropriate interest.

The Therapeutic Learning Center
employs a therapeutic team approach that involves an educational specialist, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist and instructional aides to assist the child in their educational and developmental goals.  The program is funded by the St. Johns County School Board as a Charter School and serves children with a developmental delay from birth to age 5.
