The Arc of the St. Johns provides Supported Living Services to people who live in their own homes. Since each individual is unique, Supported Living customizes a support plan based on thorough needs assessments.

Supported Living Services -- provides opportunities for people with disabilities to live as independently as possible in the community.

The Supported Living Program uses a coaching model to provide assistance and training to individuals who live in their own apartments. The program provides participants with training in areas needing support, as identified through assessments, enabling individuals to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community.
